JAMRUD, July 25: Administration of Khyber Agency has released 10 prisoners in view of coming Eid.
Administration officials said the prisoners were involved in minor cases and today they were released as per the directions of Assistant Political Agent, Jamrud tehsil, Mr Roshan Khan Mehsud, and Member National Assembly Al-Hajj Shah Gee Gul.
On the other hand, the security forces have also released those people who had been arrested for violation of curfew.
In another development in Abbottabad, Judicial Magistrate Talha Muhammad visited the district jail and released 63 prisoners involved in minor cases, to enable them to celebrate the Eid festival with their relatives.
