JAMRUD, August 7: The 10th Independence Day Cricket Tournament has started in Khyber Agency.
Our correspondent says that in the first match, the Ulfat Club beat Phase-III Club at the Shakaas cricket ground in Jamrud tehsil. The Phase-III Club scored 104 runs in 16 overs while the Ulfat Club achieved the target through three wickets.
A total of 16 teams from Jamrud, Bara and Peshawar are participating in the event.
