KALAYA, August 15: Security forces have recovered 11 captives in Orakzai Agency, administration officials say.
The kidnappers had picked all the 11 people who were on a tour of Hangu. Later, the security forces held a search operation and recovered all of them from Kachai area of the agency. However, the kidnappers escaped from the scene.
