According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), intelligence-based operations conducted over the past 24 hours in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan resulted in the killing of 32 militants.

The military's media wing said that during the night between July 28 and 29, security forces carried out an intelligence-based operation in Khyber district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The forces targeted multiple militant hideouts, killing 24 militants identified by the military as belonging to Fitna al-Khawarij.

ISPR further stated that several intelligence-based operations were also conducted in Noshki district of Balochistan. During an intense exchange of fire, eight militants identified by the military as belonging to Fitna al-Hindustan were killed. 

Weapons, ammunition, and improvised explosive devices (IEDs) allegedly being used by the militants were also recovered.

The military said operations against what it described as Indian-backed militants and their facilitators will continue until terrorism is completely eradicated.
