PESHAWAR, August 4: About 380 people died and around 1800 injured as an earthquake rattled China.
Chinese media quoted local officials as saying that earthquake took place in western mountainous of the county and that its intensity was recorded 6.1 on the Richter scale.
Reports say that about 12,000 houses have been destroyed and 2,500 rescue personnel sent to the affected areas. The death toll may raise with the passage time.
