In a major crackdown on negligence during the matriculation exams, the Bannu Educational Board has dismissed 42 of its employees for dereliction of duty. The Board's official statement announced that these employees have been permanently banned from participating in any future exam-related duties.
Among those dismissed are superintendents and deputy superintendents. Board authorities stated that this decision was made to ensure the transparency of the examination process and to prevent any unprofessional conduct.

Meanwhile, efforts to combat cheating have been ramped up. On the directives of Peshawar Division Commissioner and Peshawar Board Chairman, Riaz Khan Mehsud, an operation was carried out by the Assistant Commissioner of Jamrud based on a tip-off.
During the raid, a large quantity of pocket guides, which were being used to facilitate cheating, was seized from a local stationery shop. The shop owner was arrested, and the store was sealed.
Authorities have promised to continue strict actions against cheating mafias and any individuals attempting to undermine the integrity of the educational system.
