DIR, November 28: The police have arrested three smugglers, including a woman, and have recovered four kilograms charas (hashish) from their possession in Upper Dir district.
Police authorities of Waari area said Mr Khaista Gul, accompanied by a woman, was shifting charas from Peshawar to Upper Dir. The police recovered the contraband during routine checking at the Akhgram checkpost.
