PESHAWAR, November 30: Khyber Students Union (KSU), a society established by the students of Darra Adamkhel and Khyber Agency, arranged a cultural event in Peshawar where 50 tribal students were awarded talent awards and scholarships.
The event was organised yesterday which was attended by tribal elders, students and other people in large numbers.
An entertainment programme was also arranged at the end of the event which was greatly enjoyed by the participants. Tribal Atren (a local style of dance) was also performed during the show.
“This event was also attended by women in a considerable number. It was a very good programme. We really enjoyed this programme. Awards were also given to the students who showed good performance,” participants of the event said.
