Another Blast Targets Police Van on Warsak Road, Injuring Four

According to initial reports, the explosion occurred in the Pir Bala area of Warsak Road and was caused by a remote-controlled device.

PESHAWAR – A police mobile van was once again targeted in a blast on Warsak Road, injuring four people, including two police officers.

According to initial reports, the explosion occurred in the Pir Bala area of Warsak Road and was caused by a remote-controlled device. Rescue 1122 teams promptly arrived at the scene and transported the injured to the hospital.

Police have cordoned off the area and launched an investigation into the incident.

This is the second explosion on Warsak Road this month, with both attacks specifically targeting police mobile vans. In the previous blast, the police vehicle sustained partial damage, but fortunately, there were no casualties. 

Following that incident, additional security personnel were deployed to the area to ensure safety.
