Dera Ismail Khan: Five police personnel, including DSP Kalaachi Kifayatullah Marwat, were injured when their vehicle came under attack on Dera-Tank Road within the jurisdiction of Hathala Police Station.

According to police sources, the attack took place near the Ali Amin Gandapur Farm, damaging the police vehicle as well.

The injured include DSP Kifayatullah Marwat, ASI Muhammad Nauman, ex-serviceman Ghulam Hashim, Ghulam Saeed and Lady Constable Amber.

The injured personnel were shifted to the Trauma Centre at DHQ Hospital, Dera Ismail Khan, for medical treatment.

Following the incident, police tightened security in the area and launched a search operation to apprehend those involved in the attack.
