QUETTA, September 9: The Election Tribunal in Balochistan province has disqualified Member National Assembly of the Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-F Mr Agha Muhammad (NA-261 constituency) a fake degree case and announced by-election on the seat.
The runner-up of the last year’s general elections, Maulana Muhammad Essa Roshan of the Pakhtunkhwa Milli Awami Party (PMAP), had filed case against Mr Agha Muhammad.
