
MARDAN, July 23: The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE), Mardan has announced results of first and second-year examinations, in which students of Nowshera Peace School have won top three positions.
According to an official notification, a total of 30,180 students appeared in the first-year exam and 17,989 of them were declared successful. The passing percentage is 59.60%.
A total of 30,217 students appeared in the second-year examination, and its pass percentage remained 65.86%.
Overall, the Peace School and College (Pre-Medical Group) students Ms Safia Ali and Ms Shafaq Shehzadi topped the board by obtaining 986 marks. Ms Faiza of the said college clinched second position with 982 marks while Ms Hania Sherwani got third position by getting 965 marks.
