DERA ISMAIL KHAN: A severely tortured body of a young child was discovered near Eidgah in the early hours of the morning, police confirmed.
According to initial reports, an unidentified individual abandoned the body of a six- to seven-year-old child at the site during Sehri hours. The child's body bore multiple wounds and signs of severe physical abuse.

Authorities collected evidence from the scene and transferred the body to DHQ Hospital for further examination. Medical officials have raised concerns about possible sexual assault, though an official confirmation is awaited.
