HANGU, August 20: The administration of Hangu has arrested a butcher who had been allegedly selling dead animal meat.
Food Inspector Mr Arshad Khan said they took action against the butcher on Samana road after receiving complaints from people.
The administration also recovered dead animal meat from possession of the butcher, Mr Naeem Khan, fined him and also filed a police case against him.
“After arresting him, we have also burnt the dead animal meat. He can be fined from 5000 rupees up to 100,000 rupees,” he added.
