DI KHAN, August 6: The Dera Ismail Khan police have demolished six houses owned by the people accused in the murder case of Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf leader Mr Faqeer Jamshed and also seized arms.

The police say they held a door-to-door search operation after they were informed about the presence of the killers in Looni Kalay area.

The accused escaped but their houses were demolished. The houses also included that commander of a banned organisation, Mr Amin Jan.

Mr Faqeer Jamshed was killed along with his two guards in a bomb explosion two days ago.
