The Lower Dir district has seen a significant development in the case of 8-year-old Ayesha's murder, with the registration of a First Information Report (FIR). According to the FIR filed by Ayesha's father, Sartaj, the young girl lost her life due to physical violence after a sexual assault.
The FIR also names three individuals allegedly involved in the incident, including Maulana Zia-ul-Haq Haidari of the local Madrasah and Orphanage, along with his son, Abu Bakr, and Sanaullah, son of Miftahuddin.
Following the broadcast of this news on the Tribal News Network, Maulana Zia-ul-Haq Haidari, who serves as the Mohtamim of Dar-ul-Umar, the Madrasah, and orphanage, was swiftly arrested and is currently in police custody.

A spokesperson from the Lower Dir Police confirmed to TNN that, based on Sartaj's FIR, the father of Ayesha, the police have apprehended the three accused individuals, and investigations have commenced.
In response to these allegations, Maulana Zia-ul-Haq Haidari denied any wrongdoing, attributing Ayesha's death to a tragic accident. He claimed that the girl's demise was caused by blankets falling on her in a room. Maulana Zia-ul-Haq Haidari defended the orphanage's reputation, stating that they provide care and education to hundreds of girls like Ayesha: “Ayesha's death is accidental, and there is an attempt to tarnish the reputation of my Madrasah and orphanage.”
