PESHAWAR, October 27: The FATA Disaster Management Authority has opened a registration centre for the affectees of the Khyber Agency operation in Peshawar.
At the camp in Pishtakhara area on Ring Road, the internally displaced persons are registered and provided 2,500 rupees for transportation and food items.
The FDMA Coordinator for FATA, Mr Zia Afridi, says they had first established a camp in Bara, but that they had to shift the facility to Peshawar because people had problems in Bara.
Mr Zia Afridi said those registered previously should also visit the camp to receive transportation charges.
