On 25 June, the Swiss team beat the Honduras team by 3-0 goals. A match between France and Ecuador remained tie.
In the Group F, Argentina reached the second round after beating Nigeria by 3-2. Despite losing the match, Nigeria has reached pre-quarterfinal. In the same group, Bosnia beat Iran by 3-1 but both of them have dropped out of the World Cup race as they have lost two matches each.
