BANNU, July 4: The food distribution centers for internally displaced persons of North Waziristan have been increased from 4 to 10.
Commissioner of Bannu, Mr Mohsin Shah, said the administration had increased the number of food distribution centers facilitate IDPs in the holy month of Ramazan and the hot weather.
Besides Sports Complex, Vocational Center Bannu, Mamoshkhel College, and Elementary College, the centers have been set up in Bannu Sugar Mills, Commerce College, Township Domel, No 4 School Bannu, High School Bakhakhel and High School Noorharh.
Mohsin Shah said the registration process of IDPs would be completed in different stages. Registration of Miranshah subdivision would be carried out till 8 July, Mir Ali residents from 9 to 14th, and IDPs from Razmak would be registered from 15 to 17July.
