CHARSADDA, November 28: Girl students of Mirakhel High School and Sherpaya Primary School in Charsadda district have protested expected closure of their schools.
The demonstrators at Farooq Azam Chowk complained that they were afraid lest their precious time should be wasted.
The students chanted slogans against the women’s education director Ms Nadia Chamkani and said they were facing problems just because of poor educational policy.
On the other hand, Ms Nadia said the agitation of students was a conspiracy against her and that despite rifts with owners of the school buildings, no such decision to vacate the schools had been taken yet.
