Despite these shutdowns, it has been assured that no employees will lose their jobs. According to insider reports, most of the affected stores are located in rural areas, which have been hit hardest by the closures.
However, the government’s decision has drawn sharp criticism from the public. Citizens argue that the government should reduce its lavish expenses to cut costs instead of shutting down utility stores.
