Harnai: A powerful explosion near a vehicle carrying coal miners in Shahrag, Harnai district, Balochistan, claimed the lives of nine miners and left several others injured. Most of the victims belonged to Swat and Shangla.

According to police, the blast occurred near a vehicle transporting coal miners, resulting in multiple casualties. Several injured workers are reported to be in critical condition.

Law enforcement personnel arrived at the scene, cordoned off the area, and initiated an investigation to collect evidence.

Deputy Commissioner Harnai confirmed that nine miners lost their lives, while six others sustained injuries in the explosion.
