Following the mysterious death of actress and model Humaira Asghar, police have broadened their investigation, now including her producer, gym trainer, and designer in the inquiry.

Authorities have recorded statements from several individuals connected to the late actress. Police officials confirmed they have held a phone conversation with Humaira’s gym trainer, who provided information regarding her fitness regimen. According to the trainer, Humaira was not taking any medication.

A medicine pouch recovered from the actress’s flat contained only common drugs used for headaches, fever, and everyday ailments.

Police have also contacted the producer with whom Humaira had discussed work commitments in her final days. Furthermore, her designer has been summoned to provide details about their professional relationship.

In addition to the above, the gym trainer and Humaira’s dermatologist have been asked to visit the police station to record their statements.

So far, police have recorded statements from five individuals in connection with the case.

Earlier, Karachi police were following critical new leads in the mysterious death of actress Humaira Asghar after extracting her full mobile phone data, revealing numerous unanswered calls and shadowy contacts that have raised fresh suspicions.

Humaira’s three mobile phones, a damaged tablet, and a diary containing key information were recovered from her apartment in Defence Phase 6, where her body was discovered. Authorities say she tried to reach out to 14 people on a pivotal day in October, including a drama director currently in Islamabad, but none responded.

With over 2,200 contacts found across her devices, investigators are meticulously tracing each connection. Passwords to one phone and the tablet were discovered in her diary, which may unlock more evidence once the damaged tablet is accessible.

Humaira’s attempts to contact her brother during early October add another layer of complexity to the case. While police pursue all possible angles, the exact cause of death remains unknown until medical and post-mortem reports are finalized.

The case continues to captivate public attention as authorities work to unravel the truth behind the actress’s untimely demise.
