PESHAWAR, September 9: Islamia College University vice-chancellor Ajmal Khan has re-joined his office after a gap of four years.

Ajmal Khan had been kidnapped four years ago by militants and he was set free during the military operation Zarb-e-Azb a few days ago.

On the arrival at the university, he received a warm welcome at the campus from the students and employees today.

Addressing on the occasion, the vice-chancellor said that after witnessing the poor condition of education in FATA region, he had pledged to serve the FATA children after his release.

He also announced that sub-campuses of the Islamia College would be established in all agencies of FATA soon.
