PESHAWAR: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has decided to terminate the services of 182 employees from the Social Welfare Department following the completion of an ADP project. A notification regarding their dismissal has been issued.
According to the official correspondence, these employees were hired five years ago for drug rehabilitation centers under the project. Their contracts were extended twice, but their tenure is now set to end on June 30.

The terminated employees range from Grade 1 to Grade 16. With their dismissal, this phase of the project will also end.
