KP Government to Provide Ramadan and Eid Package for Needy Families

The relief initiative will give special priority to orphans, terrorism-affected individuals, and the transgender community.

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) government has announced that it will again offer deserving families a special Ramadan and Eid package this year.

According to KP Adviser for Information Barrister Saif, the provincial government has continued last year’s initiative, offering financial assistance to over one million deserving families. The relief package includes PKR 10,000 for each eligible family.

He further stated that the aid would be disbursed transparently through banks and Easypaisa before the 15th of Ramadan. To ensure recipients receive the full amount, the government will cover all banking and disbursement charges.

According to the official spokesperson, Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur has directed authorities to ensure complete transparency in distributing the package. The relief initiative will give special priority to orphans, terrorism-affected individuals, and the transgender community.
