PESHAWAR, June 25: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Inter-Regional Women Badminton Championship has started at the Peshawar Sports Complex today.
The Peshawar players beat Bannu counterparts in the both the single and double event matches and thus qualified for the second round. The Hazara players reached semi-final while defeating the Kohat players by 2-1 in two single and one double event matches.
Players from six regions of the province are participating in the tournament.
