Kurram: The death toll from the attack on a convoy of passenger vehicles on the Peshawar-Parachinar highway has risen to 50, after another injured victim succumbed to their injuries. Including fatalities from violent protests and clashes, the total number of deaths has reached 88.
Despite the ceasefire announcement and claims by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa spokesperson Barrister Saif, fresh clashes between rival tribes continue in various areas of Kurram district, leaving two more people dead and 19 injured.

Over the past five days, a total of 88 individuals have been killed and 111 injured in various incidents.
It is worth noting that on the morning of Thursday, November 21, a convoy of 200 vehicles traveling between Parachinar and Peshawar came under indiscriminate fire by armed assailants at Ochat and Mandori Charkhel. The attack resulted in the immediate deaths of 45 people, including women and young children.
