LPG prices reduced

PESHAWAR, October 27: The price of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) has plummeted by 25 rupees per kilogram.

The LPG Distribution Association chairman, Mr Irfan Khokar, says that with the decline in prices, the price of a domestic cylinder has fallen by 300 rupees and commercial cylinder by 1200 rupees.

The price of 1kg LPG is now 41 rupees in Peshawar, Kohat and Bannu and 165 rupees in the FATA region.

The distributors association chairman says the companies overcharging the consumers will be fined up to 500,000 rupees.
