Security forces killed nine militants belonging to Fitna al-Khawarij during an operation in Balochistan.

According to security sources, the forces conducted an operation in Kank Valley, Mastung, killing nine militants. The militants had attempted to attack a security post in the Kank Valley area of Mastung.

Sources said security forces killed two militants during the operation and pursued those who fled the scene, killing another seven Khawarij militants.

According to sources, three motorcycles, weapons and ammunition were recovered from the militants. One security personnel was also injured in the exchange of fire.
