Pakistani air defence forces successfully shot down six Israeli-made Indian drones in three districts of Punjab, bringing the total number of enemy drones neutralized to 35, security sources confirmed on Friday.
According to the sources, one drone was downed in Vehari, another in Pakpattan, while four were intercepted and destroyed in Okara. All drones were being closely monitored via radar systems prior to their neutralization.

Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Director General stated that each incoming drone is consistently tracked on radar. "Our air defence system is capable of detecting and targeting even small drones," he said, assuring that Pakistan's surveillance and response capabilities remain fully active and effective.
The incident marks yet another failed attempt at aerial intrusion amid rising tensions, as Pakistan continues to safeguard its airspace with precision and preparedness.
