PESHAWAR, June 30: Hong Kong beat Pakistan in the final match of World Team Snooker Championship played in Egypt.

On 29 June, the final match was played in Sharm El Sheikh where Pakistani team’s Muhammad Asif and Muhammad Wasif competed with Lee Chun Wai and Fung Kwok Wai of Hong Kong.

Pakistan then were able to level the best of nine frames match at 3-3 but could not keep up when it mattered most as Hong Kong won two consecutive games to win 5-3.
