KHAR, June 12: Unidentified armed men have shot dead a peace committee member and his son in Bajaur Agency, administration officials say.
Mr Juma Gul and his son Mr Shah Munir were on their way back home after offering prayer at a mosque when the gunmen ambushed them in Katkot area of Mamond tehsil on 11 June evening. The incident left two others injured who were taken to local hospital.
On 11 June, a peace committee member was killed in a bomb attack in Nawagai tehsil of Bajaur.
