
PESHAWAR, August 5: The Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) has announced to end unannounced loadshedding in industrial areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
The authorities of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chamber of Commerce met PESCO chief Tariq Sadozai and told him that a number of industries had closed in the province.
They said the industrialists were in trouble due to excessive and unannounced loadshedding since the start of the holy month of Ramazan.
Tariq Sadozai assured them to end unannounced loadshedding in industrial areas. He said there would be loadshedding of four hours, ie from 7pm to 11pm. He added that 29 more electric transformers would be installed in industrial areas.
