Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has directed financial assistance for families affected by the recent rains and floods, along with the immediate restoration of damaged homes and basic infrastructure.

A meeting was held in Islamabad regarding the damage caused by the recent rains and relief operations, during which the Prime Minister was briefed on the impact of the monsoon rains and ongoing relief efforts.

The Prime Minister directed federal ministers and secretaries to visit the affected areas and speed up rehabilitation work. He said food supplies and relief goods should be delivered to the affected people without delay.

Shehbaz Sharif also ordered the immediate restoration of homes and basic infrastructure destroyed by the rains and floods, and directed authorities to further accelerate relief operations.
