The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has forecast rain, hailstorms, and snowfall across different regions of the country, particularly in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan, and northeastern Punjab.
Islamabad is likely to experience rain with strong winds, while hailstorms are expected at night. Several areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, including Dir, Chitral, Swat, Shangla, Mardan, Bajaur, Khyber, Peshawar, Bannu, and Kohat, are expected to receive rain and hailstorms. Meanwhile, Murree and Galiyat are likely to witness rain accompanied by strong winds and snowfall.
Most districts of Punjab are expected to receive rain and hailstorms, while upper Sindh may experience light rain in some areas.
In Balochistan, widespread rain and snowfall are expected in mountainous areas, particularly in Quetta, Ziarat, Chaman, Pishin, Qila Abdullah, Qila Saifullah, and Kalat.

Additional rainfall is expected in Zhob, Musa Khel, Loralai, Barkhan, Sibi, Dera Bugti, and Naseerabad, while light rain is likely in Jhal Magsi, Kohlu, Khuzdar, Kharan, Panjgur, Dalbandin, and Nokundi.

Rain was also recorded in Quetta and Dukki.
Meanwhile, landslides in Kumrat Valley, Upper Dir have caused the closure of roads to all kinds of traffic at Banda, leading to long queues of stranded vehicles. A large number of tourists and passengers, including women and children, are stuck due to the roadblock. Authorities have been alerted to take necessary action to restore traffic.
