JAMRUD, July 19: The security forces have demolished six houses in Khyber Agency during a search operation and arrested 15 people.
Administration officials say they conducted a raid in Ghundi, Pump House, Bakra Abad, Ossi Khela, and in Waroki Naher areas where they bulldozed six houses under the Collective Responsibility clause of the Frontier Crimes Regulation.
The forces conducted the raid in the wake of the attack on the convoy of FC personnel on 18 July, leaving eight personnel dead and one injured.
TNN correspondent said the curfew, imposed in the areas yesterday, continued till filing of this report.
