In Lakki Marwat, in the Kotka Atlas Khan area of Sarai Naurang police station limits, terrorists late at night entered the house of an army personnel, held the family hostage, and fled after looting cash and weapons.

 According to police, the attackers took an SMG, a Kalashnikov, and approximately 400,000 rupees in cash.

Before leaving, the assailants also set fire to a grocery shop adjacent to the house belonging to the victim’s brother. Four brothers of the affected family serve in security institutions.

The house that was set on fire belongs to Adnan (Jail Police), Nauman (Army), Fidaullah (Army), and Farman (Police).

Police have launched an investigation into the incident and a search operation for the attackers is underway.
