Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Sohail Afridi has submitted a reply to the Federal Constitutional Court in the case related to PTI founder's alleged "Release Force," stating that no organisation by the name of "Release Force" has ever been established.

The eight-page response, submitted through the Advocate General, argues that the actual initiative is the "PTI Founder's Release Peace Movement," which is a peaceful, unarmed, and voluntary campaign with no connection to any armed structure.

The reply further states that the constitutional petition is based on political motives, misrepresentation, and fabricated allegations, making it premature and inadmissible. It also maintains that the petitioner has failed to establish any violation of fundamental rights.

The Chief Minister has requested the court to dismiss the petition at the preliminary stage and declare the "PTI Founder's Release Peace Movement" constitutional and lawful.

The Federal Constitutional Court has scheduled the hearing of the case for 29 July.
