PESHAWAR/DI KHAN, May 22: The Peshawar Police have arrested 25 suspects in a search operation in Regi area of the provincial capital.
The police say they have also recovered arms and guns from the arrested people and that the accused were wanted in many cases. The police also confiscated a pickup and a motorcycle in their custody in the operation.
In DI Khan district, the local police arrested several suspicious people in the case of a Chinese tourist’s kidnapping.
The Chinese tourist was on the way to Balochistan province when the kidnappers picked him. Later, the banned Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan claimed responsibility for the kidnapping.
