KHAR, October 22: Three people including two Levies personnel have been injured in a bomb attack on a polio team in Bajaur Agency.
TNN correspondent says the polio team was hit by a roadside bomb in Dabara area of Mamond tehsil at morning.
Polio case surfaces in Bara
Meanwhile, another child has been affected by polio in Khyber Agency.
According to the National Institute of Health, the latest victim is Hakim, 11-months old, hailing from Bara. With the latest case the number of polio affected children has reached 210 in the country this year.
The World Health Organisation has already imposed travel restrictions on Pakistani nationals because now they are required to produce a polio vaccination certificates before travelling abroad.
