MARDAN, August 27: Three people were killed and another injured when one of the players of a cricket match opened fire in Katlang town of Mardan district.
The police say that during a cricket match, Mr Nazir opened shot dead Mr Muhammad Awais, Mr Sajjad, and Mr Nauman and injured Mr Muhammad Shoaib. Mr Shoaib was taken to a hospital in Mardan city.
Mr Nazir fled the scene after the incident while the police started raids for his arrest.
