Trio Arrested in Badaber Tragedy; Main Suspect Still at Large

Weapons were recovered from Farmanullah and his sons, and they have been transferred from Nowshera to Peshawar.

Three suspects have been arrested in Nowshera in connection with the Badaber tragedy. Among those named in the FIR, Farmanullah and his two sons, Ruhollah and Sibghatullah, have been detained. Six more named suspects remain at large.

Weapons were recovered from Farmanullah and his sons, and they have been transferred from Nowshera to Peshawar. The arrested suspects are set to be presented to the media today.

On June 25, eight members of the same family were brutally murdered in the Bagh Baba Kaly area of Badaber, Peshawar. The main suspect involved in this heinous crime is still absconding, and raids are ongoing to apprehend him.

The tragedy stemmed from a dispute over Rs 23 lakh, leading to the murder of two wives and children of a C&W employee. The suspects, along with their accomplices, killed eight people, including children and women.

Police officials have stated that efforts are continuing to capture the remaining accomplices.
