CHARSADDA, May 7: A woman and her child died when a roof of a house collapsed in Shabqadar tehsil of Charsadda district.
TNN correspondent says the incident took place in Mirzai village on 6 May. The rundown house of a local prayer leader, Imam Jan, collapsed, leaving his wife and three-year-old son dead.
Two die in Karak: Two labourers died when a salt boulder fell on them in Karak district. The police say Gul Ahmad and his colleague were loading salt rocks onto a truck in Banda Daud Shah area when a salt boulder slipped, crushing them to death.
