The government has announced new petroleum prices for the next 16 days, keeping the petrol price unchanged while reducing the rates of diesel, kerosene, and light diesel oil.
According to the Ministry of Finance, the price of petrol remains steady at Rs252.63 per litre. High-speed diesel has been reduced by Rs2 per litre, bringing the new price to Rs254.64 per litre.

Kerosene oil has seen a cut of Rs5.04 per litre, with the new price set at Rs164.65 per litre. Light diesel oil is now priced at Rs150.65 per litre following a reduction of Rs4.68.
The revised prices will be effective immediately.
