PESHAWAR – In a significant operation against terrorism in the Tirah region of Khyber District, security forces have killed 25 militants, according to a statement by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR). The operation, which was based on intelligence reports, also resulted in 11 militants being injured.
The ISPR reported that during the operation, four soldiers of the security forces were martyred. Among the militants killed was Abu Zar, also known as Saddam, a key leader of the group.
The ISPR emphasized that this operation has dealt a severe blow to the terrorist network and its associated elements.
