A passenger bus traveling from Quetta to Peshawar plunged into a deep ravine in the Zhob area of Balochistan, killing 40 people, including women and children, and injuring 14 others.
According to rescue officials, the accident occurred in the Danasar area of Zhob, where the speeding bus went out of control and fell into a ravine.

Police said preliminary investigations suggest that the accident was caused by brake failure. The injured, including women and children, are being shifted to the District Headquarters (DHQ) Hospital for medical treatment.
