Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has announced a significant reduction in petroleum product prices, which is being viewed as an important government decision to provide relief to the public.

According to the Prime Minister, the price of petrol has been reduced by Rs74 per litre, while diesel has been cut by Rs67 per litre.

Following the announcement, the new price of petrol is expected to drop from Rs373 to Rs299 per litre, and diesel from Rs378 to Rs311 per litre.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said that the government has fulfilled its promise made to the nation and is providing relief to the public.

He further stated that the government is aware of the public’s difficulties and appreciates the patience and resilience shown by people during tough times.
