Venezuela: After two powerful earthquakes measuring 7.2 and 7.5 struck Venezuela, aftershocks continue, while the death toll has risen to 235.

According to British media, more than a dozen aftershocks have been recorded so far. Over 1,500 people have been injured, and authorities fear that hundreds may still be trapped beneath the rubble.

The powerful quakes caused widespread damage to buildings, roads, and other critical infrastructure. Several buildings collapsed in the capital, Caracas, forcing many affected families to spend the night in the open. Flight operations at Caracas Airport have also been temporarily suspended due to damage.
