The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Swat has announced the results of the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) Annual Examinations 2026, with female students securing all top positions in both the Science and Arts groups.

A total of 46,484 candidates appeared in the examinations, of whom 36,639 passed while 9,845 were declared unsuccessful. The overall pass percentage for the matric examinations stood at 78.82 percent.

According to the results, 42,149 students appeared in the Science Group examinations, with 34,421 passing. The pass percentage in the group was recorded at 81.67 percent.

In the Arts Group, 4,335 candidates took the examinations, of whom 2,218 passed, resulting in a pass percentage of 51.16 percent.

In the Science Group, Suhana Ahmad secured first position with 1,161 marks. Roshni stood second with 1,158 marks, while Zalanda Sardar secured third position with 1,156 marks. The first and third position holders are students of Tappo Model School and College, Kabal, Swat, while the second position holder belongs to Iqra Academy, Saidu Sharif, Swat.

In the Arts Group, Jaweria Shah secured first position with 1,047 marks, Yusra Bibi came second with 1,039 marks, and Nayab Rehmat secured third position with 1,036 marks. All three students belong to Shangla district and appeared in the examinations as private candidates.

According to the results, female students secured all the top positions in the Science Group, while the top three positions in the Arts Group were also claimed by female private candidates from Shangla district.

Board officials said students can obtain their detailed results through the board's website, their respective educational institutions, and official result portals.
